Hotel Booking Terms and Conditions
- Bookings are processed only for a minimum of 2 days.
- The customer must present at the hotel the voucher (travel document) sent by Travelnet, together with personal documents and the entry visa.
- On the day of arrival, the room will be available after 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, the customer must vacate the room by 12:00 PM (noon).
- If the customer is not satisfied with the booked and paid services, Travelnet will do its best to find another hotel that suits the customer, without any refund. If the customer wishes to move to a higher‑category hotel (whenever possible), the customer must pay the difference agreed with Travelnet.
- All‑inclusive accommodation: includes all meals and beverages.
- Half‑board accommodation: includes breakfast and dinner, without any drinks.
- Full‑board accommodation: includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, without any drinks.
